DELIVERIES
Angeletti Srl (“Angeletti”) offers a fast delivery service for its products. Orders will be given to the courier within 24 hours following the order (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded), and with exceptions that will be communicated to you, delivered within the following 5 days.
Delivery must take place in the hands of the Purchaser or his representative.
RETURNS
Products subject to the right of withdrawal
• If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to us within ten (10) working days from receipt of the same, following the return procedure described below.
• Please note that we only accept the return of those products which have not been worn or used, which are not damaged and which are in their original packaging condition (packaging and warranty intact). However, for hygienic reasons, certain products, such as earrings, are excluded from the aforementioned right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the product has been made to measure (eg custom-made rings).
• If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the procedure described below, within the period indicated and if the product you have returned to us meets the conditions referred to in the previous paragraph or in any case those set by ‘art. 67 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, we will replace the product by taking care of the shipment or refund you the full amount, based on your preference expressed in the Return Form. The return is at the expense and responsibility of the customer
• The deadline for refund or replacement is 30 days from receipt of the product after the competent office has verified that the returned product meets the conditions and procedures described below. </ p>
• The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out. </ p >
Defective Products
We always do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in the best conditions. If, however, a delivered product is defective, we will replace it partially or totally, with an identical product or one with similar characteristics.
We specify that the replacement is only insured if the product is returned to us within the terms referred to in the “Warranty” paragraph of Conditions of sale and delivery and in any case in compliance with the legislation required by the Consumer Code.
We will also refund the shipping costs for returning the product. The shipping costs for sending the product to be refunded or replaced remain the responsibility of the customer.
Product not compliant with the order
In the event of returning a product that does not comply with the order, Angeletti will bear the shipping costs and will pay for the replacement by delivering the new product directly to your address. Return procedure:
1. Send an e-mail or A / R letter;
2. contact the courier to organize the collection of the product to be returned and return the product within ten (10) working days accompanied by the delivery note and the Return Form duly completed and signed. We therefore advise you to carefully read the cases contemplated for the Return and not to abuse the service offered.
